Thank you for participating in the Creative Action DanceView, a first-of-its-kind survey effort in Greater Boston, designed by dance artists for dance artists, to collect critical data to tell the story of our local dance sector at the grassroots level.

Eligibility

This survey is open to:

• Adults (18+) who identify as an active dance professional in any genre
• Individuals who lead small/micro dance entities (those with a budget under $500,000)
• Those whose dance work is based within Greater Boston (inside the I-95 loop)

Instructions

• This survey should take 20-30 minutes to complete
• Please only begin taking the survey once. You may SAVE your survey and return to it later, but please use the link sent to you to do so
• Your responses will be anonymous; even if you choose to provide your name, all results will be anonymized
• Please provide financial information as accurately as possible. Estimates are acceptable; however, exact numbers will provide us with more accurate data
